The thing I liked most about Dr. Sergi is that you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients, and he didn't rush like so many doctors in the city. A lot of times, I have had bad experiences with doctors here almost becoming annoyed when you ask questions. He takes the time to listen, and that's very important.
