I was so impressed with her bedside manner, her ability to try new out of the box therapies and her compassion. Chronic pain really does change your life. She tried a therapy called PRP on my pain, no other doctor even suggested it, and it has been the first time in the last two years that I can move around without being burdened down by the pain. She is a great doctor and I am so happy that I found her. She is also super accessible - gives out her email and tells me I can get in touch with her at anytime. I AM SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE FOUND HER!!! Since seeing Dr. Lal for close to a year, I continue to see improvements in the level of pain and the number of locations of pain. Over the course of 5 or so months, Dr. Lal worked tirelessly with other members of my treatment team, my insurance company, and myself to strategize additional treatments, change treatments, and ensure me that she (unlike nearly all others) would not back down from such a chronic, difficult problem. She has patience beyond what I could ever hope for in a doctor, and confidant. Finally after nearly a decade of pain, loss of range of motion and frustration from numerous providers giving up on my condition, Dr. Lal made breakthroughs that I never thought possible.
